[origin: WO2016174031A1] The invention relates to a dispenser (1) for discharging liquid to pasty masses (M), with a pump chamber (5), a discharge opening (26) and an actuation part for performing a pumping process, wherein the pump chamber (5) has an inlet and an outlet valve (8, 18) and, in a pumping process, a predefined amount of mass (M) is discharged at the discharge opening (26). In order to improve the design of a dispenser of the type in question in such a way that a sufficiently homogenized mass can be discharged upon actuation of the dispenser, it is proposed that the discharge channel (25) has a partition wall (27) set back from the discharge opening (26) and with a large number of through-openings (28), which through-openings (28) each have a passage direction adapted to an orientation of the discharge channel (25). In a further possible solution to the object, provision is made that the discharge channel (25) has a partition wall (27) set back from the discharge opening (26) and with a large number of through-openings (28) that widen in the discharge direction.
