[origin: WO2016174146A1] The invention relates to a stirring device, in particular a radially conveying stirring device, in particular for mixing moderately viscous to highly viscous media, with at least one stirring device hub (10), which is provided for the purpose of rotating about a rotation axis (12), with at least one stirring blade (14), and with at least one support arm (16) which connects the stirring blade (14) to the stirring device hub (10), wherein at least one half-line (18) issuing from the rotation axis (12) exists which intersects a centre of gravity of a connection flange area (20) of the support arm (16) on the stirring device hub (10) and which is free from points of intersection with the stirring blade (14), and wherein the stirring blade (14) has at least one bend (22) which divides the stirring blade (14) into at least two stirring blade portions (24, 26).
