Said method is characterized in that it includes the following steps: filling the container, closing said container using plugging means, adding a fluid into the head space through a hole bored through the plugging means so as to obtain a residual pressure greater than atmospheric pressure, and sealing said hole in the plugging means by melting the material of the plugging means.
