Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2016178079A1] The invention relates to a metal part that has a surface which is thermally or mechanically loaded to a greater degree than its surroundings when the metal part is being used and which is at least partly covered with a glaze or enamel layer. The invention also relates to a method for producing same. The metal part according to the invention allows the heat treatment to be carried out without any particular restrictions while still ensuring an optimal protection of the respective surfaces which are subjected to high loads when the metal part is used. This is achieved in that the glaze or enamel layer contains 2 - 35 wt.% of an addition of particles with respect to the enamel frits used to form the enamel layer, and the addition of particles is made of at least one material of the group consisting of glass, organic plastics, synthetic oxide mixtures, or melts, in each case having a thermal expansion coefficient of maximally 50 x 10-7 K-1 and a melting temperature of at least 500 °C.
