The platform (11) is supported by a post (16) that extends downwardly from the platform (11) to base (15). The base (15) is supported by a pair of links (17) that are pivotally attached to the base (15) and upper pivots (19). The base (15) pivots about four generally parallel transversely spaced and parallel axes to provide the platform (11) with a rocking motion.
