Abstract (en)
Cup-shaped container (10) having a height (h C ) and sustaining a top load of at least 50 N when compressing the container by 3 mm in height. The container (10) comprises a cup-shaped box (20) made of a thermoplast. The cup-shaped box (20) comprises a bottom (28) and a shell (25). The container (10) further comprises a strip in the form of a banderole (30) applied onto the outer face of the shell (25) and enclosing at least a part of the outer face of the shell (25) in a shape-fitting manner. The box (20) is made of a bottom web having a film thickness of 600 µm or less and the banderole (30) has a grammage of 110 g/m 2 or higher.
