[origin: WO2018059863A1] The invention relates to an assembly (A) for compressing a process fluid (PF), comprising a drive (DR) and a multistage geared compressor (GVT). The drive (DR) is connected to the geared compressor (GVT) in a mechanically driving manner by means of a first clutch (CP1). The invention is characterized in that the drive (DR) is connected directly or indirectly to a separate individual compressor (CMP) in a mechanically driving manner by means of a second clutch (CP2). The separate individual compressor (CMP) is arranged upstream of the geared compressor (GVT) such that the separate individual compressor (CMP) suctions and compresses the process fluid (PF) and at least partly transfers the process fluid to a first stage (SG1) of the geared compressor (GVT) downstream of the geared compressor by means of a connection line (CD1) of the assembly (A).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung (A) zum Verdichten eines Prozessfluids (PF) mit einem Antrieb (DR) und einem mehrstufigen Getriebeverdichter (GVT), wobei der Antrieb (DR) mittels einer ersten Kupplung (CP1) mit dem Getriebeverdichter (GVT) mechanisch antreibbar verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (DR) mittels einer zweiten Kupplung (CP2) mittelbar oder unmittelbar mit einem separaten Einzelverdichter (CMP) mechanisch antreibbar verbunden ist, wobei der separate Einzelverdichter (CMP) derart stromaufwärts des Getriebeverdichters (GVT) angeordnet ist, dass der separate Einzelverdichter (CMP) das Prozessfluid (PF) ansaugt und verdichtet und stromabwärts mindestens zum Teil an eine erste Stufe (SG1) des Getriebeverdichters (GVT) mittels einer Verbindungsleitung (CD1) der Anordnung (A) weiterleitet.
