Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a method of laundering fabric, wherein a detergent composition is contacted with water to form a wash bath, and wherein the wash bath comes into direct contact with a heater element of an automatic washing machine, wherein the detergent composition is a solid free flowing particulate laundry detergent composition, wherein the composition at 1wt% dilution in deionized water at 20°C, has an equilibrium pH in the range of from 6.5 to 9.0.
