Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2016188608A1] The piston (20) of a hydraulic cylinder (9) for producing a vibration has a stepped piston structure (13) on both pressure-applying piston surfaces (12) running perpendicular to the cylinder axis (11), thus forming an annular first sealing surface (14) which is coaxial to the cylinder axis (11). A cylinder tube (22) has a stepped cylinder structure (15) that is mirror-inverted in relation to the stepped piston structure (13), thus forming an annular second sealing surface (16) that is coaxial to the cylinder axis (11). This allows the final movement of the piston stroke to be hydraulically damped.
