[origin: WO2016193466A1] The invention relates to a container closure device comprising a closure unit (10) having a closure part (40) for the repeated opening and re-closing of the container opening (23) and an operating device (50) having an operating part (60) for activating the closure part, wherein the operating part is rotatably arranged on the closure part and can be rotated from a locked into an unlocked position. According to a first aspect, the operating part also has a first and a second locking section (61, 62), which are formed in such a way that, in the locked position, the two locking sections extend beyond the container opening as far as an opening limiting area (24) limiting the container opening and that, in the unlocked position, at least one of the two locking sections does not extend beyond the container opening as far as the opening limiting area limiting the container opening.
