[origin: WO2016198596A1] The invention relates to a cutting system for cutting fruit or vegetables in spiral-shaped garlands. The cutting system comprises a plurality of different cutting inserts (3) and a holding part (1) with a cutting insert receptacle (2) and a dispensing opening for dispensing the spiral-shaped garland, wherein optionally one of the cutting inserts (3) can be fixed in the cutting insert receptacle (2) in particular tool-free and in a re-releasable manner.
