Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2016197171A2] The invention relates to a stamp (1), in particular a fixed stamp, having metallic elements, which comprises at least one stamp component (2) and an impression unit (3), the stamp component (2) being formed by an upper part (4) with a handle element (5) and by a lower part (6) with a pad-receiving element (7), wherein the upper part (4) is preferably bracket-shaped and the impression unit (3) is connected in terms of movement in the lower part (6) via an axle (12) or an axle piece (12) to the upper part (4) by means of a turning mechanism (11) which has a guide track (17). In the rest position (13), a text plate (15) mounted on the impression unit (3) rests against an ink-impregnated stamp pad (16) in the pad-receiving element (7). During the stamping process for producing a stamp imprint in the position of stamping (14), the impression unit (3) with the text plate (15) can be displaced to the stamp position (14) by means of the turning mechanism (11). The metallic elements, in particular the metal parts (18, 18a, 18b), can be placed from the outside into the upper and lower parts (4, 6) made of plastic, in particular the plastic parts (19, 19a, 19b), the latter being fixed by means of a fastening system (73) of the upper and lower parts (4, 6). The metal part (18, 18b) of the lower part (6) is fixed onto a surface (53) of the plastic part (19, 19b).
