[origin: WO2016198309A1] The invention relates to a brake lining (100) for a disk brake of a vehicle, wherein at least one friction lining element (11) is movably disposed in relation to the backing plate (10) and the at least one friction lining element is disposed on the backing plate by means of a spring system (14) for this purpose. The aim of the invention is to provide such a brake lining with an especially favourable load-displacement behaviour, a high degree of damping and stable thermal behaviour. To achieve this aim, the spring system comprises multiple spring elements (15a, 15b, 15c) or consists of multiple spring elements.
