The particularity of the invention is that the drive device (38, 40) is configured to selectively drive the first and second pressing screws (10, 18) with different rotational speeds, and has a rotational-speed control device (60) which is configured to set the second pressing screw (18) to a rotational speed which is above a first rotational speed value in the event that the pressure in the material within the first pressing screw housing (8) exceeds a predetermined first threshold value substantially next to the first outlet (14), and is below a second rotational speed value in the event that the pressure in the material within the first pressing screw housing drops below a predetermined second threshold value substantially next to the first outlet.
