Abstract (en)
A method for controlling an elevator cabin (10) of an elevator system (1) is disclosed, comprising the following steps: detecting the presence of a short range device (20) at a shaft door of a first floor; identifying the short range device (20) by receiving an identification number of the short range device (20); if the short range device (20) has a registered identification number stored in a database - generating a call for moving the elevator cabin (10) to the first floor; - opening a door of the elevator cabin (10) when the elevator cabin (10) is at the first floor; - detecting that the short range device (20) has entered the elevator cabin (10); - generating a call for moving the elevator cabin (10) to a preset second floor, wherein the preset second floor depends on the identified short range device (20); and - opening the door of the elevator cabin (10) at the second floor when the elevator cabin (10) is at the second floor.
