According to an exemplary embodiment, disclosed is a phototherapy device comprising a wearable therapeutic lamp platform including a plurality of radiant lamps and a reflective wall disposed to communicate radiant energy from the plurality of radiant lamps to a user treatment area including a scalp of the user, and the wearable lamp platform including a headband operatively associated with supporting the plurality of radiant lamps and reflective wall above the user's scalp.
