Abstract (en)

[origin: EP3315696A1] The present invention relates to a closing system which can be applied to semi-trailer box doors with internal lock bolts actuated by a pneumatic cylinder remotely controlled. Essentially, it comprises a first set of components having a rotation axis (4) and two fixed supports with slots (3) entering in studs (11) bushing, the supports being embedded in the semi-trailer chassis and transmitting movement to the pin-shaped bolts (2), which slide in the studs (11) bushing embedded inside the rear doors of the semi-trailer. The movement of the rotation axis (4) is driven through a rod which is moved by a pneumatic cylinder (5). The pin-shaped bolts (2) do the locking/closure of the two semi-trailer doors simultaneously, thus preventing access thereto. All parts of the mechanism are in a closed box in order to prevent its access and in a way that it can't be seen from the outside. The system is designed in such a way that, in case of absence of electric current or air supply to the pneumatic cylinder, it does not unlock.
