[origin: WO2017001738A1] The subject of the present invention is an automatic citrus-fruit cutting system (1) comprising a reservoir for loading citrus fruits (2), the bottom of which is a hopper (3) that opens onto a downward pipe (4) which leads into a citrus-fruit pushing chamber (5), the citrus-fruit pushing chamber (5) being provided with a citrus-fruit pushing means (9) having a pushing face (10) for pushing the citrus fruit in a pushing direction into the citrus-fruit pushing chamber (5), the automatic citrus-fruit cutting system (1) also comprising a set of blades (11) comprising blades (12) that are disposed in a radial manner and are centred with respect to the pushing direction of the citrus-fruit pushing means (9), so as to form chambers for pieces of cut citrus fruit, said pushing face (10) having notches complementary to the blades (12) such that the citrus-fruit pushing means (9) is configured to push the citrus fruit onto the set of blades (11) in order to cut the citrus fruit into pieces, characterized in that the set of blades (11) also comprises a means for setting the blades in rotation so as to dispense the pieces of citrus fruit contained in the chambers for pieces of cut citrus fruit, one by one.
