Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017001734A1] The invention relates to a method for coating a support (2) using a lightweight insulating concrete (3), said method comprising operations consisting in: preparing the concrete (3) by mixing pre-determined ratios of at least one fibrous aggregate, a binder and water; pouring the concrete (3) thus prepared into a drum (6) equipped with at least one outlet hole; continuously circulating the wet concrete (3) through the drum (6) as far as the hole or each outlet hole; sucking the wet concrete (3) through a supply pipe (45A, 45B) that connects the outlet hole of the tank (6) to a spray nozzle (40), by means of a venturi that forms part of the spray nozzle (40) and is supplied with compressed air; and spraying the wet concrete (3) that has been sucked through the pipe onto the support (2) using the spray nozzle (40).
