[origin: WO2017005625A1] The composite wall (10) comprises a rigid or semi-rigid insulation layer (13), which is inserted between two face panels (11, 12), essentially parallel and aligned. At least one structural carrier insert (16), which extends in length between the two opposite horizontal edges of the composite wall, is arranged in the insulation layer in such a way that the insert is joined to a first of the two face panels, without interposing the insulation layer, while the insulation layer is interposed between the second face panel and at least the current portion of the carrier insert. In addition, the or each carrier insert is provided, at each of the longitudinal ends thereof, with means (16A, 16B, 16C, 16D) for rigid connection to an attached wall tie element (31, 32), arranged respectively along one or other of the two horizontal edges of the composite wall.
