[origin: WO2017006050A1] Device (1) accompanying the gearshift of a vehicle mechanical gearbox, said device (1) being mounted between a gearshift control and an internal control of the gearbox and comprising a lever arm (2) rotationally driven about an axis (3) by said gearshift control in order at the same time to cause an inertial mass (6) to be driven in rotation about an axis (9). According to the invention, the device (1) comprises a detection member (10, 13, 16, 18) mounted on a rotationally driven component (2, 3, 6, 9) of the gearshift accompanying device (1) so as to be movable against the action of means (11, 14, 17) able to detect said movements and to send electrical signals to a processing unit in order to detect and indicate at least one neutral position of the gearshift control.
