[origin: WO2017006053A1] The invention relates to a method for heat treating a powdered part preform (3) including a titanium alloy, the method including heat treating the preform in a furnace (1) at a predetermined temperature, the preform being on a holder (6) during the heat treatment. The holder (6) includes a titanium alloy having a mass titanium content no lower than 45%, or a zirconium alloy having a mass zirconium content no lower than 95%, the material making up the holder having a melting temperature greater than the predetermined heat treatment temperature. The invention is characterized in that an antidiffusion barrier (7) is arranged between the preform (3) and the holder (6) to prevent the preform from being welded to the holder.
