[origin: WO2017015690A1] The invention relates to a liquid pharmaceutical composition in the form of a concentrate for producing an infusion, containing alprostadil (prostaglandin E1) as the active ingredient, dissolved in a solvent mixture consisting of at least one pharmaceutically acceptable organic solvent and water. The invention is characterised in that the total water content in the solvent mixture is from 8 to 60 % by weight H2O, in relation to the total quantity of the solvent mixture.
