In order to be able to inform the vehicle or the vehicle operators thereof about changed section characteristics better and more quickly, according to the invention, for the section elements (Si with i = 1 to p), the vehicles (Z1, Z2,..., Zr) store manually entered and/or manually released dynamic driving operation data (Dd1, Dd2,..., Ddp) as a dynamic component (Kdyn) of the section atlas (SA) in parts (Dd(Kdyn)1, Dd(Kdyn)2,..., Dd(Kdyn)p) related to the section elements.
