[origin: WO2017025110A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a sports glove (1), particularly a goalkeeper's glove. In order to improve comfort when wearing the sports glove, the claimed method has the following steps: a) providing a planar carrier substrate (2); b) applying a plurality of discrete material sections (3) consisting of a foamed plastic material to at least one side (4, 5) of the carrier substrate (2); and c) producing at least one section (7, 8) of the sports glove (1) using the carrier substrate (2) with the material sections (3) produced according to step b).
