Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017024458A1] A system, a method, and an apparatus for vehicle for projecting an image within the vehicle. The system for a vehicle comprises: a projecting device (105), a first image capturing device (101) configured to capture an image comprising an image of a blind spot, a second image capturing device (102) configured to capture an image of head of an operator of the vehicle, and a controller (104). The controller is configured to determine a posture of the operator's view based on the captured image of head of the operator; determine a segmental image to be extracted from the image captured by the first image capturing device based on the posture of the operator's view, wherein the segmental image corresponds to the image of the blind spot, and the posture of the operator's view comprises a position of view point and a direction of line of sight of the operator; extract the segmental image, perform a transformation on the extracted segmental image, and cause the projecting device to project the transformed segmental image onto an internal component of the vehicle. The system can display images of blind spots on an in-vehicle screen.
