The combined device (1) is characterized in that the fume extractor (11) has a fan (110) with an air inlet opening (115), the fan (110) is arranged in the combined device (1) in such a way that the air inlet opening (115) of the fan (110) faces the cooking surface (10); in the top view on the cooking surface (10) the air inlet opening (115) of the fan (110) is located at least partially underneath at least one of the at least one recess (104) and the fume extractor (11) and the cooking surface (10) form an assembly unit.
