Abstract (en)

The invention provides an integrated small-input-capacitance detector for nondestructive induced charge measurement, comprising a loop-shaped sensing electrode and an amplifier device, wherein the loop-shaped sensing electrode is assembled physically and directly on the amplifier device, or in close proximity to the amplifier device.
