[origin: WO2017036937A1] The invention relates to a method and to an arrangement for cleaning half-shell shaped baking mold cavities (1) of a baking mold (2) designed for producing hollow wafers or cakes, wherein the arrangement comprises a dry ice blasting device (3) for providing a heterogeneous mixture (4) of dry ice, such as, in particular, frozen, solid CO2 granules, and of a carrier fluid, such as, in particular, compressed air. The dry ice blasting arrangement (3) is connected to a nozzle (5) for dispensing the mixture (4), wherein the nozzle outlet (6) of the nozzle (5) is directed to a cleaning area (7). A holding device (8) for holding a baking mold (2) is provided, wherein a movement device (9) for relative movement of the nozzle (5) with respect to the holding device (8) or the baking mold (2) held by the holding device (8) is provided.
