An apron band for spinning including a rubber layer and a resin layer that is attached to the rubber layer. The rubber layer contains a nitrile rubber and an ethylene propylene diene rubber, and the resin layer contains a polyolefin resin. In the rubber layer, the mass ratio of the nitrile rubber to the ethylene propylene diene rubber is greater than 45/55.
