[origin: WO2017076578A1] The invention relates to a machine unit, a component piece (9a) and an intermediate element (9), and also to a method for connecting and/or disconnecting a connection line (9b) to/from a machine unit. A region comprising an intermediate element (9) and a component piece (9a) is largely enclosed between an electrical machine (1) and a functional element (7) of the machine element. The component piece (9a) can be removed or folded away from the intermediate element (9). After the component piece (9a) is taken away from the intermediate element (9), the sheathed region is advantageously accessible for connection by way of a connection line (9b). A transmitter (5), for example, can be connected by way of the connection line (9b). Owing to the invention, the connection line (9b) can be connected in the sheathed region without the functional element (7) having to be removed. Therefore, an electrical machine (1) comprising a functional element (7) can also be serviced in locations which are difficult to access.
