In an air conditioning indoor unit (10), an auxiliary front flap (32) has its lower end positioned more forward than its upper end and is inclined relative to a vertical plane, and a front flap (31) has its lower end positioned more toward a side wall than its upper end and is inclined relative to a vertical plane, so outlet air can be deflected more than 90° downward from the horizontal (more toward the side wall on which the air conditioner is installed than a vertical plane), and an "unfelt airflow" heading toward the lower portion of the side wall can be realized.
