[origin: EP3348936A1] Provided is a low noise outdoor unit in which an increase in the size of the outdoor unit is reduced and the ease of maintenance is maintained. The outdoor unit includes a refrigerant pipe through which refrigerant is circulated, a housing that houses the refrigerant pipe, a sound-proof box that is housed in the housing and surrounds a compressor that causes the refrigerant to be circulated, a connection valve connected to an end of the refrigerant pipe and an external pipe, and a valve bed that fixes the connection valve. The valve bed has one end fixed to an inner surface of the housing and another end fixed to one of side plates of the sound-proof box.
