A heating device comprises at least one heating resistor (2), of flexible type, adapted to be heated when a current flows through it, a flexible cover (3), made of electrically insulating material, adapted to delimit a sealed seat for containing the heating resistor (2) and electrical connection members (4) for the connection of the at least one heating resistor (2) to an electrical power grid or the like, wherein the heating resistor (2) comprises connection members (15) associated with the flexible cover (3) in order to allow the mutual connection of multiple heating devices with each other or of the heating device to a support structure.
