Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017045843A1] The invention relates to a method for marking a tyre (8) in a marking station (1) and a device for carrying out said method. The following method steps are proposed for this method: a) the tyre (8) is supplied to the marking station (1) on a first central level (E1) and positioned; b) the tyre (8) is raised to a second higher level (E2) and marked on the first lateral wall (8a) thereof; c) the tyre (8) is lowered to the first central level (E1) and is turned about a transverse axis; d) the tyre (8) is again raised to the second higher level (E2) and marked on a second lateral wall (8b) thereof; and e) the tyre (8) is lowered to the first central level (E1) and conveyed out of the marking station (1). It is further proposed that the device comprises a support framework (2) and a conveying device (3), a lifting device (3), a marking device (5) and a tyre turning device (4).
