[origin: WO2017050342A1] The invention relates to a shoe (1) which has a sole (2) connected to a shoe upper part (3). To permit simple individual adaptability of the shoe, the invention proposes that the sole comprises: a first sole part (4), which has a bottom panel (5), wherein a number of first damping elements (6) extending in the loading direction (R) are integrally formed on the bottom panel; a second sole part (8), which has a top panel (9), wherein a number of second damping elements (10) extending in the loading direction are integrally formed on the top panel; a connection part (12), which has a number of interconnected plug connections (13), wherein each plug connection has a first plug (14) directed downwards in the loading direction and a second plug (15) directed upwards in the loading direction, wherein the first plug is designed to engage with a friction fit in a hollow cylindrical portion (7) of the first damping element, and wherein the second plug is designed to engage with a friction fit in a hollow cylindrical portion (11) of the second damping element.
