[origin: WO2016199075A1] Systems for stimulation of a formation include a variable frequency drive (116) configured to receive and output medium voltage power (118) and in communication with high pressure pump (112). A variable frequency drive actuates an electric motor (114) associated with the high pressure pump, such that the pumps pressurizes a fracturing fluid, proppant, or combinations thereof for flowing the fracturing fluid, proppant, or combinations thereof into the formation.
