L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur (1) comprenant une enveloppe (2) contenant un dispositif d'échanges thermiques (3) et délimitant une chambre de combustion (30), ladite enveloppe (2) étant munie d'une ouverture d'accès et d'une porte (5) pourvue sur sa face interne d'un brûleur (4). Il est remarquable en ce que ladite porte (5) est montée pivotante autour d'un pivot (6) fixé à l'extrémité d'une glissière (7), en ce que ladite enveloppe (2) est munie sur sa surface extérieure de moyens de guidage axial (8) de la dite glissière (7) le long d'un axe de déplacement X2-X'2 qui s'étend parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal X-X' de ladite enveloppe (2), en ce que le pivot (6) s'étend selon un axe Z-Z' perpendiculaire audit axe de déplacement X2-X'2, la course de ladite glissière (7) étant supérieure à la longueur du brûleur (4).
