[origin: WO2017055039A1] The invention relates to a device (100), in particular a microfluidic device (100), for receiving and fluidically contacting a container (10) for a fluid. The device (100) comprises a receiving unit (200) for receiving the container (10), and the receiving unit (200) has at least one first hollow needle (211) and at least one fixing element (220) for fixing the received container (10) at a specified distance (250) from the first hollow needle (211). The first hollow needle (211) extends in the direction of the received container (10), and the fixing element (220) is designed such that the container (10) is released by the fixing element (220) when a force which exceeds a specified threshold is exerted onto the container (10) in the direction of the first hollow needle (211) or onto the receiving unit (200) in the direction of the container (10), thereby allowing a specified movement of the receiving unit (200) and the container (10) relative to each other such that the first hollow needle (211) penetrates a shell (11) of the container (10) in order to fluidically contact the container (10).
