[origin: WO2017055775A1] The invention relates to a method for preparing an immunoglobulin (Ig) concentrate used to treat RSV virus infection, comprising a step consisting of submitting an Ig composition from blood plasma, to affinity chromatography using a specific ligand of the RSV virus. In a particular embodiment, the specific ligand of the RSV virus is an F protein of the RSV virus, preferably in pre-fusion confirmation, or a variant or an antigenic fragment thereof.
