[origin: WO2017088845A1] The invention relates to, inter alia, a hollow fiber membrane filter device (1) for bodily fluids, comprising a bundle (3) of hollow fibers (4) and a housing (2) which extends along the bundle (3) of hollow fibers (4). The housing (2) defines an interior (7) for the bundle (3) of hollow fibers (4), said bundle being cast into a casting compound (9) at both ends. The housing (2) has at least one formfitting means (16) with a free end (16b), said formfitting means (16) being at least partly encased by the casting compound (9). The formfitting means (16) is made of two or more protrusions (16a) which are arranged at a distance from one another and which are attached to the housing wall (6) at one end. Starting from an orthogonal (20) relative to a central longitudinal axis (10) of the housing (2), the protrusions (16a) are inclined by an angle of inclination "α" into the interior of the housing (2) towards one end or the other end of the filter device (1).
