[origin: CN108392138A] The invention relates to a sucking head (1) for a vacuum cleaner, and the sucking head (1) comprises a base (5) equipped with a lower surface (15) and a cavity (55), the cavity leading to the lower surface; at least one brush (13, 14); a connecting sleeve (2) configured to communicate with the cavity; and a fork (3), the fork being disposed at the base and the sleeve mounted between and pivotallyabout the transverse axis (X1, X2) relative to the base and the sleeve. The sucking head (1) is characterized in that the sucking head (1) comprises a mechanism (21) and an operation lever (20), wherein the operation lever (20) is configured to actuate the mechanism in accordance with at least one position in which the fork (3) is locked relative to the base (5) and at least one brush (13, 14) isretained to withdraw from the lower surface (15), and the fork (3) is configured to ballast the base (5) to force the base to be inclined rearward by an angle (alpha2) of 10 degrees to 11 degrees dueto the fixing. The invention also relates to the vacuum cleaner equipped with such a sucking head (1).
