[origin: JP2017148474A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire high detergency even in the case where a washing object is a feather product.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a washing and dewatering tub for accommodating laundry; an outer tub for rotatably accommodating the washing and dewatering tub; a rotary vane disposed rotatably at an inner bottom part of the washing and dewatering tub; rotation means for rotating the washing and dewatering tub and the rotary vane; water supply means for supplying water to the outer tub; drain means for draining the water accumulated in the outer tub; and a control part for executing a water supply step of allowing the water supply means to supply water to a preset water level in the outer tub, and a washing step of allowing the rotation means to execute a rotation operation for rotating the washing and dewatering tub and the rotary vane after the execution of the water supply step. The control part is allowed to execute an air vent step in which the rotation operation for rotating the washing and dewatering tub is executed by the rotation means at a rotational speed higher than the rotational speed of the rotation operation in the washing step, before the completion of the water supply step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
