[origin: WO2017067898A1] The invention relates to a portable substrate permeability measuring device (20) having the following: - an injection element (22) designed as a lance for introducing into a substrate, comprising a cavity (24) for conducting a fluid to at least one outlet opening (26), which is preferably arranged in the region of the free end of the injection element (22), and - a pressure increasing device (32), by means of which the fluid can be injected at overpressure through the injection element (22) and the outlet opening (26) into the substrate surrounding the injection element (22). The invention further relates to a method for measuring the permeability of a substrate.
