[origin: WO2017077210A1] The invention relates to a method for managing the verification of the identity of a user of an object (CC) to be virtualized in a memory connected to a terminal (M) of the user. The object comprises at least one data item, referred to as an identification data item, relating to the identity of the bearer thereof. The terminal is capable of communicating with a virtualization server (A) of an aggregator of the virtualization service, said virtualization server (A) being capable of communicating with a verification server (B) having control of the object (CC). The method comprises the steps of: - the virtualization server (A) obtaining (E20) the identification data item (CC_NUM) of the object provided by the user, - the virtualization server (A) transmitting (E21) the identification data item (CC_NUM) to the validation server (B). The invention is characterized in that it further comprises the steps of: the virtualization server (A) obtaining (E23) a first data item about the user (MSISDN), - the virtualization server (A) generating (E23) a first verification data item (F(MSISDN)) as a function of the first data item about the user (MSISDN), - the virtualization server (A) transmitting (E24) the first verification data item to the validation server (B), - the validation server (B) obtaining (E33) a second data item about the bearer (MSISDN'), - the validation server (B) generating (E33) a second verification data item as a function of the second data item obtained about the bearer (MSISDN'), said function being identical to that used during the step of generating the first verification data item, - comparing (E34) the first (F(MSISDN)) and the second (F(MSISDN')) verification data items, - validating (E35) of the identity of the user on the basis of the result of the comparison.
