Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to phenylcyclopropane carboxamide derivatives of formula (I) useful in therapy, to compositions comprising said compounds, and to their medical use. The compounds referred to are positive allosteric modulators (PAMs) of the nicotinic acetylcholine ±7 receptor useful for the treatment of diseases and conditions such as schizophrenia, Alzheimers's, Parkinson's and epilepsy.
