[origin: WO2017081583A1] The present disclosure further concerns a method for fabricating a pattern framework, comprising the steps of: making a denture set-up; designing a tooth supporting pattern arch and a tooth supporting pattern arch; providing replicated teeth, each replicated tooth comprising a crown socket; determining tooth setup positions along the opposite pattern arch where the replicated teeth are to be disposed; providing the pillars and mounting the pillars on the crown sockets of each tooth; removing the teeth from the pillars; forming the tooth supporting pattern arch along the pillars in accordance with the designed tooth supporting pattern arch; and scanning the completed pattern framework to capture a digital impression of the 3D shape of the pattern framework and to generate a digitalized version of the digital impression.
