Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017085285A1] The present invention relates to a measuring device (100) for determining the surface topography of at least one sample (1), comprising: at least two sensors (11, 12, 13); at least one sensor holder element, which is designed to move the at least two sensors (11, 12, 13) in the horizontal or vertical direction; and a thermal unit (10) for thermally loading the at least one sample (1), wherein the at least two sensors are oriented with the thermal unit (10), said thermal unit (10) comprising: a housing (2), which is designed to accommodate the at least one sample (1) therein, wherein the housing (2) has at least one transparent cover (3); and a temperature controller (4) which is designed to regulate the thermal unit (10) both with different constant temperatures and with different temperature cycles for controlling the temperature of the at least one sample (1) over a range of -190° C to 1200°C.
