[origin: WO2017089414A1] Mid-sole, or insole, particularly for shoes, which is constituted by a body (11) which has an upper surface (12) which has a plantar-like perimetric shape. From the lower surface (14) of the body (11) a first plurality and a second plurality of elastically compressible protrusions (15, 16) protrude downward, each one having an axial cavity (17a, 17b). During walking or running, they adapt rapidly to movements and to the shape structure of the foot of the user, with optimal characteristics of cushioning and thrust.
