[origin: WO2017091173A1] The present invention relates to a plastic carrier apparatus (1) that is produced as a single piece in a single process, that is used for fixing the windshield wiper systems of the motor vehicles to the vehicle frame and that comprises a hollow main carrier pipe (2), shaft bearings (3) provided at both ends of the said main carrier (2), at least one connection member (5) for fixing the said main carrier (2) to the vehicle frame and a motor bracket (4) used for fixing the wiper motor is disclosed.
